Kharido.store offers Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and delivery locations across Pakistan. This policy explains how our COD service works.

1. Cash on Delivery Availability

COD may be available for selected products and locations in Pakistan.

Availability may depend on the customer's delivery address, product type, order value, and courier service.

2. Order Confirmation

After placing a COD order, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order.

We may verify:

Customer name
Phone number
Delivery address
Product details
Total order amount

Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

3. Payment

For COD orders, the full order amount must be paid directly to the courier at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that you have the required amount available when your order arrives.

4. Delivery Charges

Applicable shipping or delivery charges will be communicated during checkout or before order confirmation.

The final amount payable to the courier will be the confirmed order total, including applicable delivery charges.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Refused or Failed Deliveries

Customers are expected to accept confirmed COD orders.

Repeated refusal, intentional rejection, or failure to receive confirmed orders may result in COD service being restricted or unavailable for future orders.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number.

Kharido.store is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable customer information.

8. Product Issues After Delivery

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Our Refund & Return Policy will apply to eligible return, replacement, and refund requests.

9. Refunds for COD Orders

If a COD order qualifies for a refund, Kharido.store may request the customer's bank or other necessary payment details to process the refund.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

10. Fraud Prevention

Kharido.store reserves the right to verify, delay, cancel, or restrict orders where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, fake orders, repeated order refusals, or misuse of the COD service.
